Class description: HIIT class is every Tuesday morning from 9:15am.
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fitness approach that blends intense short bursts of exercise with brief rest periods, designed to maximize calorie burn and boost your heart rate. Suitable for all fitness levels!
BOXFIT
Class description: Boxfit Class runs from 5:30pm every Wednesday.
This class is a Full Body Conditioning workout that includes punching combinations, hand pad work, drills, footwork, core exercises and running. Suitable for all fitness levels!

Included in your membership our Small Group Training classes offer you the ability to work out with a trainer and your friends in structured, challenging and fun classes.
